Nutty and slightly smoky core fruit aroma with yellow floral notes, restrained plant spiciness, white cabbage, hints of chanterelles, and plenty of celery. Relatively firm fruit with nutty, slightly smoky, and distinctly herbal tones, very slight spiciness, some bite, lemon peel on the palate, certain persistence, chalk, salt, and white pepper in the background, a bit of yellow spice, hints of ginger, very good finish with grip and bite, along with some warmth, hinted roasted barrel notes, and slightly sandy tannins.

Best to drink: 2025-2028+. What our ratings mean
