2021 Ramsthal St. Klausen Silvaner trocken Pfarrwengert "Clees", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, vegetal nose with yellow fruity notes, a little kohlrabi and a hint of pepper. Firm, tart, juicy fruit with quite lively acidity and grip, somewhat smoky and nutty tones, again clear vegetal notes reminiscent of kohlrabi, salt in the background, good persistence, has substance and pressure with rather low alcohol, certain depth, hints of yellow spice, a hint of fennel, chalky hints, dark berries in the background, very good finish.
