2021 Ramsthal St. Klausen Riesling Brut "Clees", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Yeasty apple-citrus nose with quite fresh green-vegetable notes and light floral tones. Straight, lean, bright fruit, fine mousseux and some acid bite again green-vegetable notes, moderate dosage sweetness, a hint of dark berries, traces of anise and liquorice, good finish with nutty tones.
