A somewhat herbaceous, delicately floral and slightly vegetable citrus scent with peach notes and a hint of lime. Cool, sweet fruit with fine acidity, delicate floral and herbal to herbaceous hints on the palate, a touch of rock candy and caramel, citrus peels on the palate, good sustainability, hinted yellow spice, some minerality, very good finish.
