Vegetal to herbaceous and slightly yeasty nose with light citrus aromas, peach and a hint of apple. Slender, cool, tart fruit, clearly vegetal and yeasty notes, very present acidity, citrus zest and lime on the palate, some grip of crumbly tannin, certain freshness, noticeable carbonic acid, smoky nuances and stony mineral tones, good to very good finish with a lot of bite.

Best to drink: Bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
