2022 Pinot Noir VDP.Gutswein trocken "The Daily August", Rheingau, Germany

Quite firm, fresh and rather cool cherry and berry nose with floral nuances and a hint of herbs. Clear, quite juicy, lively, youthful fruit, moderate roasted, smoky and nutty wood spice, some tobacco, relatively fine, rather mellow tannins, good persistence, some salt and lemon zest in the background, dark spicy hints, medium strength, very good, juicy and spicy finish.
