Cool, firm, quite deep and multi-layered, slightly herbal-planty stone fruit-citrus scent with a hint of root vegetables, mussels, distinct minerality and hints of bacon. Firmly knit, fine-juicy, predominantly bright, not quite dry fruit, fine, lively acidity and some grip, yeasty nuances, fresh vegetal tones, a touch of celery, mussels again and especially mussel shells, also a hint of seaweed, good depth, multi-layered, black berry nuances in the background, has polish and tension, very good, juicy and clearly mineral finish. Needs to mature.
