2020 Rüdesheim Berg Roseneck Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Complex, deep, somewhat dried planty to herbaceous aroma with yellow fruity and very slightly bacony aromas, a hint of mushrooms, pepper and distinct minerality. Polished, fine-juicy, deep and concentrated fruit with planty to herbaceous, floral and very slightly red berry aromas, very fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin and yeast, lasting, clearly mineral, has some power but remains rather cool, elegant style, deep and complex at the same time, peppery aromas again, very good, firm, fine-juicy, mineral, somewhat herbaceous and again also floral finish with notes reminiscent of chanterelles
