Tart, firm, cool nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, elegant yellow fruit, light floral traces, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, some sugar candy, yeasty and herbaceous notes, salty, lively acidity, firm grip, hint of dark berries, smoky traces, still undeveloped, hint of yellow spice, good depth, noticeably sweet, very good grippy, juicy and spicy finish. Might be even more interesting with a little less sugar.
