Cool, still slightly nutty and yeasty, with some vegetal to herbaceous and hints of mushroomy aromas of pomaceous and stone fruit with a hint of bacon and red berries. Polished, delicately sweetish fruit with still yeasty traces, lively, almost present acidity, light carbonic acid, certain persistence, citrus zest and mint in the background, salty and chalky tones, good to very good, still slightly muted finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
