Fairly cool, still slightly smoky and reductive nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of almonds, citrus and stone fruit. Straightforward, slightly sweetish citrus fruit with still yeasty traces, lively acidity, delicate carbonic acid, certain persistence, salty tones, hints of celery and dark berries, good to very good, tart-juicy finish with bite.
