Youthful nose, light fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, almondy and hint of bacon, pomaceous and stone fruit, hint of yeast and dark berries. Polished, still slightly yeasty, delicately sweetish fruit with a hint of red berries and mint, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, hints of fennel and citrus zest, chalky and stony minerality, very good, cool finish with tart vegetal flavours.
