Restrained, somewhat dried vegetable to herbaceous, delicate floral fragrance with rather light yellow-fruity aromas and a certain minerality. Rather firm in the mouth, light, rather cool fruit with very fine acidity, a little herbal and planty notes, clear minerality, good persistence, has bite, some depth, a hint of black berries in the background, very good, firm finish with draught and rather unnecessary sweetness. Would be even more exciting without the sugar
