Restrained, plant-based nose with bright yellow fruity aromas, some mushrooms as well as onion and nutty traces and tones reminiscent of soup vegetables. Ripe, warm fruit, nutty, buttery and vegetable aromas, again also mushrooms, matching acidity, certain alcoholic strength and warmth, smoky and nutty hints, ethereal traces, becomes warmer and noticeably softer with air, dissolves in the contours, good finish.
