2020 Chardonnay-Grauburgunder, Württemberg, Germany

Firm, warm and quite deep, lightly woody and slightly vegetal aroma with aromas of ripe yellow fruits, hints of light tobacco and vanilla, a little citrus zest and floral traces. Ripe, melting, again warm fruit with clear, light, vanilla wood aromas as well as a little butter, very fine acidity, a lot of power and noticeable alcohol, which, however, integrates better with air, gains juice, good persistence, floral and red berry traces in the background, salty tones, good to very good, again alcohol-strong finish with still slightly drying wood.
