Firm and quite deep, delicately vegetal and moderately woody aroma with quite fine yellow fruity aromas, floral traces and a hint of fennel. Ripe, melting and quite juicy, somewhat warm fruit, nutty, light woody and buttery notes, persistent on the palate, some smoke and a trace of rock candy, crumbly tannin, in the background salt, smoky notes and yellow as well as hints of peppery spice, very delicate pepperoni heat, has power and substance, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
