Translate to English Ganz leicht offener, etwas pflanzlicher und gelb-gewürziger Duft nach teils kandierten und angetrockneten Zitrusfrüchten und Kernobst mit hellen nussig-holzigen Aromen sowie hefigen, kräuterigen und erdigen Noten. Fest gewirkte, reife, trockene Frucht mit hellen holzigen und wieder auch gelb-gewürzigen Aromen, etwas Rauch, Salz und Speck sowie vegetabilen Nuancen, nachhaltig und dicht am Gaumen, recht lebendige Säure, viel Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund Salz, wirkt bei aller Kraft erstaunlich kühl, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, hefiger, etwas rauchig-holzwürziger und vegetabiler Abgang mit gelbfruchtigen Noten.
