Translate to English Leicht entwickelter,. einen Hauch süßlich-zwiebeliger Duft nach reifen, teils eingemachten und angetrockneten roten und schwarzen Beeren mit Kakaonoten, einem Hauch Provencekräuter und merklichem Alkohol. Kräftig und herb im Mund, reife schwarze und rote Frucht mit leicht röstigen Holznoten, ein wenig Kaffee und nussigen Aromen, feinsandiges, noch ganz leicht trocknendes Tannin, gewisser Säurebiss, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, kräuterige Anklänge, ein wenig schwarze Oliven, auch pfeffrige und rauchig-speckige Nuancen, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, nur etwas alkoholischer Abgang mit leichtem Bitter.
