Fester und tiefer, kühler und sehr feiner Duft nach reifen Zitrusfrüchten mit Steinobst und etwas angetrockneten Zitrusschalen, Rauch, teils mediterranen Kräutern, einem Hauch Nüssen, Tabak, frischen Pilzen und angedeutet Waldboden. Reife, herbe, dichte gelbe Frucht, ein wenig Hefe, nussige Anklänge, sehr feine Säure, etwas sandiger Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch unentwickelt, kreidig-salzige Mineralik, eine Spur Crème Fraîche, etwas gelbe Würze, feine Pilz- und Holznoten, hocheleganter Stil, hat dabei fast ein wenig burgundische Charakteristik, langer, cooler, saftiger und feinwürziger Abgang mit intensiver Mineralik. Eine Schönheit.
