Deeper and finer, somewhat smoky, along with herbal to herbal and still clearly yeasty citrus scent with yeasty notes, fresh peach and chalky-mineral tones. Cool, slender, bright, but still very firm in the mouth, fresh, animating juicy fruit, yeasty and smoky aromas, lively, fine acidity and some grip, sustainable on the palate, again emphasizing chalky-limestone minerality, fine herbal tones, has tension and certain depth, ends tight, juicy and intensely mineral.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
