Very firm and deep, intense and at the same time highly refined, smoky to fatty, still reductive scent of ripe citrus fruits and stone fruits with noble vegetable aromas, nutty barrel tones, a little yellow spice and floral nuances. Ripe, concentrated, juicy fruit with yellow spice, some yeast, herbs and zest tones, a lot of grip from ripe tannins, persistent on the palate, very dense, complex and deep, yet still light-footed, still hardly developed, ashy traces, a lot of rosemary, bright, compact mineral foundation, very long finish with a hint of soup herbs.
