Fester, cooler und tiefer, etwas nussiger, tabakiger und gelb-gewürziger Zitrusduft mit Stein- und Kernobstaromen, floralen Anklängen, ein wenig Muscheln und Muschelschalen sowie hefigen und mineralischen Nuancen. Kühle, herbe, fest gewirkte, saftige Frucht, nussige und etwas hefige Noten, wieder auch gelbe Würze, frische Butter im Hintergrund, viel Kreide und Salz, auch kräuterig-pflanzliche Töne, noch kaum entwickelt, hat enorme mineralische Energie, besitzt dabei etwas Selbstverständliches, sehr guter, fester, animierend saftiger, würziger und wieder reichlich kalkig-mineralischer Abgang. Hat ein bisschen was von erstklassigem Champagner, nur eben ohne Schaum.
