Firm and quite deep, slightly dark, still completely undeveloped, somewhat reductive aroma with yeasty and bright yellow fruity aromas, some smoke and tobacco, restrained herbal aromas and clear, clayey-earthy minerality. Lean, cool, tart fruit, nutty, yeasty and planty aromas, some grip of ripe tannin, very fine, lively acidity, good persistence, chalky and slightly salty minerality, very fine yellow and also darker spicy tones, very good, again tart finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
