Cool, firm and deep, fresh herbal-vegetable citrus-stone fruit nose with fine yeasty to slightly bacony aromas, floral traces, smoky-reductive hints, hints of cumin and minerality. Ripe, juicy, quite polished fruit with very fine acidity and delicately creamy, planty and floral nuances on the palate, hints of dark berries, persistent, delicate grip, good depth, nutty and mineral tones, increasingly multi-layered with air, has pressure despite its low alcohol, initially closes off after opening and only shows what it is made of after a lot of aeration, very good, fine-juicy finish with curry notes.
