A hint of tree bark and maple in the nose, nutty tones, ripe red and black berries, floral nuances, herbs, a touch of cherries, and ethereal hints. Cool, clear, rather dry, quite dense fruit with a bit of beetroot and a hint of eggplant, smoky and subtly roasted aromas, very fine, yet youthful tannins, chalky notes in the background, a trace of dark chocolate, persistent, with some depth, then also a certain inner sweetness, gaining noble juiciness with air, very good, slightly nutty and smoky-spicy finish with ethereal notes.
