Deep, very cool, also firm, noble, still slightly reductive bouquet with very bright yellow fruity aromas, some yeast and smoke, chanterelles, hints of bacon, herbal-vegetable nuances and clear, again bright minerality. Taut, cool, again very bright and noble fruit, which becomes more yellow-fruity with air, yeasty and fine planty aromas, present acidity and intense, chalky-salty minerality, has tension and a lot of grip, ripe phenolic, still completely undeveloped, almost compact, yet deep and gripping, tones reminiscent of beeswax, long, cool, fine-juicy, bright finish with plenty of tension. Needs a lot of time.
