Cool, firm nose, light yeasty and vegetal notes, hint of bacon, restrained light yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes, flintstone, maritime notes of algae and iodine. Firm, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, prominent mineral notes, persistent and gripping, some depth, still totally undeveloped, hint of almonds, crustaceans, mussel shells and a hint of algae again, very good firm, tart finish. Needs time to mature.
