Tart nose, earthy and vegetal notes, yellow fruit, nutty traces, floral traces, cranberries and mineral notes. Fairly firm, bone dry, ripe fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty and light vegetal aromas, elegant acidity, some grip, fairly creamy, hint of red berries, slightly astringent tannins, earthy and salty mineral notes, medium body, very good finish.
