Red and black berries on the nose, hint of bacon, light oak, peanuts, some roasted onions, peppery, earthy and vegetal notes. Tart, muted fruit on the palate, prominent nutty oak, earthy and vegetal notes, slightly astrignent tannins, fairly persistent, still muted, salty mineral notes, light peppery notes, malted traces, good to very good finish.
