Quite firm citrus-stone fruit scent with herbal notes, a hint of smoke, floral nuances and distinct minerality. Tight, relatively cool, juicy, almost completely dry fruit, lively acidity and grip, chalky and somewhat salty minerality, persistent and dense on the palate, good depth, firm, hinted at sweet core, fine bitter zest, nutty traces, very good, tight, juicy finish with lots of bite and minerality.

Editor note: Translate to English Ziemlich fester, vielschichtiger, etwas kräuteriger und leicht nussig-hefiger Duft nach reifen Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst mit einem Hauch Birnen und Minze sowie deutlich mineralischen Tönen. Sehr fest gewirkte, reife, saftige Frucht, hefige und zart tabakige Aromen, ganz leicht nussig, lebendige, feine, reife Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, mürber Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund leicht erdige Mineralik, noch sehr jung, recht dicht und nachhaltig, etwas zitronig, enorme Säure, dabei hochelegant, fast betörend, feiner Griff, gute Tiefe, sehr guter bis langer, saftiger Abgang mit Schliff und Biss.
