Somewhat vegetable and a touch mushroomy aroma with delicate nutty hints, hints of legumes and bacon, pepper and very restrained yellow fruity tones. Cool, straightforward, delicate fruit, not quite dry, fine acidity and some grip, fine vegetal flavours on the palate, very light nutty tones, some persistence, mineral hints, good finish.
