Süßlich-säuerliche, relativ frische, teils auch ein wenig limonadige Frucht mit nussigen und ganz leicht krautigen Anklängen, etwas hefig, eine Spur Rauch, lebendige, relativ feine Perlage, süffige Art, an Fruchtsaft erinnernd, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
