Light nutty and earthy notes on the nose, vegetal traces, some pomaceous fruit. More nutty notes on the palate, delicately creamy fruit, very elegant acidity, persistent, vegetal traces, restrained, integrated tannins, earthy and mineral traces, hint of cocoa, very slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good creamy, spicy finish.
