Quite clearly planty and somewhat yeasty nose with cool, bright citrus and pome fruit aromas, also citrus zest as well as mineral and very light phenolic tones. Somewhat nutty, slightly yeasty and hints of ethereal in the mouth, sweetish fruit, clear phenolic grip, some persistence, medium power, very slight warmth, salt in the background, a hint of dark berries, good to very good, sweetish, still slightly muted finish with buttery nuances.
