2021 Klingenberg Spätburgunder trocken Rosé, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fine, still delicately smoky-reductive, somewhat nutty and tobacco-like aroma of red and black berries with gel-fruity, mushroomy and slightly herbal notes. Polished, quite firm, tart and cool fruit with very delicate sweetish melting, hints of redcurrants, apricot and butter, lively, fine acidity, has some grip and good persistence, salty and chalky minerality, hints of mussels and tobacco, elegant style, very good finish with bite.
