2021 Klingenberg Schloßberg Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, tart and cool, somewhat planty and a hint of yeasty nose with restrained, bright yellow-fruity aromas, smoky traces, hints of yeast and light mineral tones. Cool, lean, polished, again bright fruit with delicately smoky, yeasty, slightly white-peppery and distinctly rooty vegetable notes, fine acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, distinct, salty-chalky minerality, nutty hints, still young, has tension, amazingly long, again slightly smoky and quite mineral finish with celery notes and a hint of mushroom. Incredible quality for the price.
