Präsente, süße, gleichzeitig auch etwas herbe Noten nach Steinobst und eingemachten Südfrüchten, zart schmelzig und auch etwas saftig, dazu hefewürzig, geschliffene Säure, ganz leicht rau und herb im ordentlichen bis guten Abgang.
