Firm, somewhat fleshy, yeasty and vegetal aroma of mixed berries with tart cherry nuances and hints of stalky-animalic tones. Sweet and sour fruit with yeasty, nutty and dried vegetal tones, very slightly floral, quite fine perlage, grip of crumbly tannin, a hint of ash in the background, good persistence, implied dark spice, good to very good, slightly warm and sweet finish.
