Behaviourally yeasty, vegetal and nutty aroma of predominantly red berries with mushroomy and floral nuances. Tart, restrained fruit, clearly nutty aromas, some yeast and a hint of ash, moderate, fine perlage, delicate grip, some persistence, certain alcohol warmth, a hint of nut butter in the background, floral traces, good to very good, very gently smoky finish.
