Very slightly cloudy straw yellow. Nutty, somewhat yeasty, floral and dried-vegetable aroma with yellow fruity aromas, fennel and yellow spice. Fine, tart fruit with a lot of grip of ripe tannin and very fine, quite lively acidity, nutty aromas on the palate, some yeast and yellow spice, floral nuances, persistent, on the one hand rather slender but nevertheless with some melting, very good, animatingly tart-juicy finish, again with fine, somewhat nutty spice.
