Nutty, somewhat vegetal and a hint of animal fragrance with floral aromas, a little redcurrant and mushroomy hints. Clear, tart, fine fruit, yeasty, nutty and mushroomy aromas, a little pepper on the palate, fine perlage and delicate grip, good persistence, a hint of fennel in the background, also hints of peppery spices, some melting and some alcohol warmth, good to very good finish.
