Very slightly cloudy, light yellow. Cool, clearly planty, tart citrus pome fruit nose with floral traces, hints of yeast and chalky nuances. Clear, finely juicy, tart fruit, herbal and nutty yeasty spice, fine acidity, mellow, again very fine tannin, persistent, chalky tones, has a certain tension, good to very good finish.
