2021 "Der Weisse - Am Feuerstein", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat vegetal to herbal, almondy and delicately floral pome fruit scent with a hint of red berries and wax. Relatively bright, not quite dry citrus fruit with noticeable acid bite, has some grip, some persistence, hints of nutty and smoky wood tones, a touch of salt and citrus zest, good finish.
