2016 Rubicone IGT Sangiovese-Cabernet Sauvignon "Liano", Emilia Romagna, Italy

Fairly firm nose, partly preserved black berries and a few cherries, dried vegetal notes, hint of tobacco, light cedary traces. Clear, fairly polished, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit on the palate, light smoky oak, hint of tobacco again and more cedary notes, fine tannins, good persistence, good to very good, fairly firm, sweetish, juicy finish.
