Fairly firm, nutty nose with ripe yellow fruity aromas, delicate vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of smoke and floral nuances. Tart, juicy, ripe, nutty fruit, yeasty and somewhat planty tones, very fine acidity, good substance and persistence, certain depth, chalky-mineral tones, still somewhat covering phenolics, a little nut butter and smoke, then also salt, very good, firm, tart finish.
