Tart, relatively firm, still slightly yeasty nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, planty hints reminiscent of lemon verbena and some minerality. Lean, cool, very bright, citrus-accentuated fruit, yeasty and vegetal notes, fine, quite lively acidity, some persistence, chalky and slightly stony hints, very good, cool, polished finish with tart juice and bite.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
