Ripe, partly preserved, melting fruit, rather moderate acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, herbal flavours again reminiscent of sage, chalky mineral tones, persistent, salty, has power, some depth, a hint of butter in the background, very good, very slightly drying finish. Unconventional, but very good.
