Slightly sweet, herbaceous, wilt-floral and hints of yellow spice with yeasty notes, a little bacon and yellow fruity aromas. Cool, restrained, rather tart fruit, herbal to herbal, yeasty and light earthy tones, lively acidity, a little tannin, some persistence, good finish, cool and tart-juicy.
