Somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and slightly smoky, bacon-coloured pomaceous and stone fruit aroma with a hint of red berries and hints of undergrowth. Clear, slightly warm citrus fruit with nuances reminiscent of pistachios, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty minerality, shells and verbena in the background, noticeable alcohol and delicate bitterness on a very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
