Clear, firm, restrained smoky and toasty aroma of very ripe black and a little red berries with cedary and tobacco notes, slightly meaty-animalic tones and some pepper and mint. Ripe, tightly knit, partly preserved, partly fresh, juicy fruit with smoky and toasty wood aromas, minty tones and juniper-peppery spice, present, fine tannin, persistent on the palate, still young, lots of power and noticeable alcohol, bitter chocolate, a hint of soot, hints of citrus zest, good depth, relatively complex, very good, firm finish with warm and cool elements.
